Ontario Universities' Regional Fairs Fall 2024 schedule

Check out the Events that run from September 16 to November 21,  2024. Information for individual events will be updated as it becomes available.

What are the Regional Fairs?
Regional Fairs travel across Ontario in the fall. During these events, university representatives connect directly with hundreds of students and their supporters. Events are held at local high schools, universities and community venues. Each event is typically 1-3 hours long, and each university has an exhibit table staffed by 1-2 university representatives.

Students can register for the event by signing up for an OUEvents Pass.

The Ontario Learn and Stay Grant provides funding for students studying in priority programs in priority communities in Ontario.  This program:

  • requires you to learn and work in the region where you study
  • responds to labour market needs, including in health care
  • helps communities get the workers they need for in-demand professions

In addition to providing free tuition, the funding will cover the cost of:

  • compulsory fees
  • books
  • other direct educational costs (for example, supplies, equipment)
