This is a reminder of our upcoming formal Exam Period for semester 2.

The last day of Semester 2 classes for all students is Wednesday, June 18th. 

Final Exam Period (June 19 - June 24).

The Formal Exam/ period runs from June 19 to June 24th with June 25th being a backup day in the event of a bus cancellation on one of these days. 

For classes that have scheduled Exams/Final Evaluations during these days, students are expected to attend and complete these compulsory Exams/Final Evaluations.

• All exams will begin promptly at 8:15AM. Don't be late!
• Attendance and completion of any part of the 30% final evaluation(s) is compulsory for all students and must be completed on the date(s) assigned by the classroom teacher. 
• In the event that your child must miss an exam/final evaluation due to illness or family emergency, parents must notify the school and teacher before the exam/evaluation.  Missed exams/final evaluations scheduled during the Formal Exam/Final Evaluation Period will not be rescheduled.

Student Success Days/Opportunities (8:00am - 10:30am)

The days during the June 19th - 24th examination period will also be used to support credit rescue opportunities for students who may need to complete/make-up tasks, assignments, performances etc.  as informed by their Student Evidence Record. Classroom teachers and/or student success teachers will be discussing these opportunities with their students who may need or want this opportunity. Please reach out to your child’s classroom teacher if you have any questions regarding these opportunities. Students who are attending one of these opportunities need to confirm their attendance with their teacher in advance. Students attending a Student Success Opportunity must be in their classroom by 8:00am.

Other Important Information/Reminders

• No regular classes will take place after June 18th. 
• Students only attend the day(s) they have a scheduled Exam or other Final Evaluation or Student Success Opportunity.
• Buses will maintain their current schedule for both the beginning and the end of the day.  
• Any students wishing to go home immediately after completing an Exam/Final Evaluation or Student Success opportunity will need to arrange their own transportation accordingly.
