Timetable Change Requests for Sem 2

Starting January 24, 2025 timetable change requests for Semester 2 will only be processed through the following google form below.

Parents must complete this form .  We will  prioritize timetable change requests based on the following criteria:

- there is a blank spot in the student’s timetable (although the student is likely already on a waitlist)

-  level change, or the student failed a course first semester

- missing prerequisite for post-secondary pathway

We cannot accommodate requests for teacher preference or to be in the same class as a friend. 

The google form will remain open until 3pm on February 12 and all possible changes will be completed by February 13, 2025. 

Students must stay in all their classes until the timetable change has been processed. Please note that not all requests are possible. Many classes are full and waitlists for some classes are already long.
