2025-2026 Sem 1 Timetable Change Request Form

If you need to change a course please complete the following form.
Guidance counselors will process your requests as efficiently as possible. Please be aware that not all requests will be possible based on timetable conflicts and full classes. Priority will be given to requests based on missing prerequisites, the need to repeat a course, pathway changes and other extenuating circumstances.
Please follow your timetable and continue attending the class until a change is confirmed so we can find you if we need to call you down to guidance. Monitor your school email account carefully. Deadline to request a timetable change is September 11th 2025 at 4:00 pm
You will not be able to book a regular guidance appointment with your counselor until the week of September 15th, 2025. If you need to see your counselor about something other than a timetable change that cannot wait please email your counselor. Have a wonderful start to Semester 1.
Note: Study Periods ("spares")
Grade 11 students may NOT have a spare in their school year. Grade 12 students may have a maximum of ONE spare per semester, to a maximum of TWO in the year
All course changes are to be submitted online using the link below and will be processed in priority sequence.
